If you’re not completely satisfied with the product, you may return it for a refund within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Return Conditions:

• We have been notified via email within 24 hours of receiving your product.
• The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all packaging and documentation intact.

 Tool and Co. will:

• Process the return, if we are satisfied that the goods and packaging are complete and in acceptable condition, qualified for return and resale. 

Process the refund, provided that all the refund conditions are met.

We take the utmost care to ensure products are delivered in perfect condition.

 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help. 

• Should you wish to return an item that is damaged, and we are confident that the item was not damaged due to your error; we will gladly replace the product.
